Update to the luminous dragon statistics block.

Luminous Dragon Racial Traits

Luminous Dragon: Luminous dragons are fey with the ponykind subtype.
Small: Luminous dragons are Small creatures and gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a -1 penalty to their Combat Maneuver Bonus and Combat Maneuver Defense, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.
Quick-Footed: Luminous dragons have a base speed of 40 feet, and a bipedal speed of 30 feet.

Pony Blood: Luminous dragons count as ponykind for all effects, feats, and archetypes, to be used by or against them.
Scaled: Luminous dragons have tough scales that impart them with a +1 natural armor bonus to their armor class.
Subdued Ancestry: Luminous dragons count as dragons, qualifying for effects that specifically target dragons or interacting with items that react to dragons.
Languages: Luminous dragons begin play speaking Common and Sylvan. Luminous dragons with high Intelligence scores can choose any languages they want (except secret languages, such as Druidic).

Luminous Dragon Heritages

Land Drake
You were either born without wings, or they never developed enough to allow flight. Either way, you are fine on the ground, and feel an affinity for stones and metals.
Hardy Land drakes gain a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against poison, spells, and spell-like abilities. They also gain Endurance as a bonus feat.
Luminous dragons of this heritage lose their dragon wings racial trait.

Your claws are fine for digging or climbing, and maybe even some craftsdragonship, but for battle? Not for you. Fortunately, you have an impressive horn or horns to make up the difference.
Gore Attack Horned luminous dragons have a primary gore attack that deals 1d4 points of damage.
Spell-Like Ability Horned luminous dragons can use unseen servant once per day as a spell-like ability. The caster level for this ability equals the horned luminous dragon’s class level.
Luminous dragons of this heritage lose their claw attacks.

Mocked by ‘true’ dragons, scholars and the like hail you with the kindest of terms. While you are no grand beast of war, your skill with books and knowledge is second to none.
Adaptability Librarians receive Skill Focus as a bonus feat at 1st level.
Assistant When assisting another with a knowledge or craft skill they have trained, librarians give a +3 bonus instead of +2.
Gifted Linguist Librarians gain a +4 racial bonus on Linguistics checks, and they learn one additional language every time they put a rank in the Linguistics skill.
Luminous dragons of this heritage lose their dragon wings racial trait and their claw attacks.
