Lashtada and Soft Whisper Boons

How do these work? All of the other deities have a particular ability for each of their boons, but Lashtada and Soft Whisper only list three spells. How many times per day may they be cast? Is it a spell-like ability, or does it add them to the character's spell list? I assume they are one spell per tier of Deific Obedience or their appropriate class.

If not specified, they are spell-likes you can use once a day. Like all other boons, you need deific obedience or equivalent to get them.
