Can griffons learn Sylvan as a bonus language?

The Campaign Setting lists it under their bonus languages, but Griffons of Everglow doesn't.

It's because all Griffons are actually dopplegangers, and in order to appear less fey like so they don't get discovered as easily, they've removed Sylvan from their national languages.

In all of my games I have Sylvan as the main language and give the players the option if they want to talk common. No one wants to talk to them humans

But they give the best pets.
