Gem Ponies have a ability which I need some clarification on.

Eternal Hope: Gain a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against fear and despair effects. Once per day, after rolling a natural 1 on a d20, re-roll and use the second result.

The reroll, is that for any roll or just saving throws against feat and despair?

Any d20 on which you rolled a natural 1.
