I can get busy when writing.

I don't write, but I have been know to get really into a drawing or painting and work on it for hours upon hours, and i'm not even good at it. It's hard to quit when your in the zone.
It's the same with a good story, they can be difficult to put it down.

You get better at art by arting.

The same is true of writing.

Oh, if I was going to post some of my ponyfinder sketches, would that be ok? If so would I do that here or would I need to post it in the art area?

The art area is the appropriate place to do so. I mean, there's no place that's disallowed, but more folks may notice it there!

Yeah I loved "A Dangerous Sparkle" and its sequels. Still disappointed that the third in the series was cancelled, due to "Crusaders of the Lost Mark" killing some of the premise.
