Greetings from your average Archaeologist

Postby Glyph Reader » Tue Sep 24, 2013 10:54 pm

...Oh! Well, hello there! Wasn't expecting any visitors in the slightest. Well, the name is Glyph Reader; male unicorn Archaeologist kind-of-extraordinaire. I have a orange coat and long, messy dark gray hair. My mark of destiny is a book surrounded by runes to symbolize my lust for understanding and the fascination with runes. Having always been with me, Indie the whip is my best friend, and has saved me in so many circumstances. Other than the usual saddlebags with a notebook and pencil, I wear my trusty stetson at all times, it being my only family heirloom. Hope you all don't mind me walking in and taking part in this place!

Hello there, this is me, the user, not the pony :troll: . Just here to say a few things in bullet form:
1. I am a male brony.
2. I hold a deep love for tabletop RPGs.
3. I plan to join in at the tavern at some point soon once I feel comfortable and at home :P .
4. And lastly, thanks to everyone working on Ponyfinder. While I may not be able to contribute very much at this time, I do
know that I want to become a part of this (as far as I can tell O_o ) extremely nice and friendly community.

See you all later,
Glyph Reader

P.S. You are welcome to ask any questions if you wish! :halo:

Welcome to the herd!

If you don't mind the asking, how did you find out about us?

Ah, the creator himself! I first heard of it on the last day of the kickstarter from BronyCurious; when I did, I had the largest smile on my face :-D . Even though I can't preorder at the momment, I am satisfied with just watching this bloom and grow. Oh, and make sure that you tell the artist/artists that they are doing a spectacular job!

They're on the forum too, so you may run into her, but she is a shy pony.

Thanks for joining us and for the support! Bronycurious' video was a big help in spreading the word, and apparently the last 'shout out' he plans to give for his backers, so we lucked out in timing.

I'd love to say you got us exactly 14.2 supporters, but the reporting tools are very limited. I can only say what we got from Youtube, which was pretty much all Bronycurious.

Every fan is a help, and we're glad to have you around.

And this statement has officialy warmed my heart <3 . Yeah, Bronycurious really helped out with that one. It kind of makes sense that those from the analysis community would like Ponyfinder :sheepish: . Then again, who wouldn't like Ponyfinder!

 :frage: Oh Parasprites, how evil are thee?! How could you all be so heartless to the point you can't enjoy the best game concept in existence! David, please tell me you have Parasprite protection measures in stock :P .

Great to hear :-) but don't be afraid. Jump right in :) One of our regular users is starting up a new campaign and no one would object if you wanted to even start your own campaign ;)
