Glyph can feel the press of earth around him as the gem gnoll takes him down into it like a dolphin through the waves. Tight and stifling to one not used to such motions, it is thankfully brief as the pressure gives way to the cool dry air of the cave as they emerge at its base, arriving at about the same time as the winged pony. Several imposing buildings of stone lurk nearby, looking worn down with age and neglect. One looks like it may have once been a tavern of some sort, the other two, houses, or shops.

((Do these appear to be pony building from some time ago or gnoll ones?))

The buildings, when examined, appear to have been very well constructed. The detail and heavy work in the granite imply that ponies are likely not the culprit, though they may have hired outside work. Gnolls are not known for such fine work, run down as it is. The size on the doorways are a bit short for a human, but right for a pony, or maybe a dwarf? Something a bit short.

Shaking the dirt from his coat, Glyph was immediately stunned at the sight of the ruins. Glyph slowly makes his way towards the nearest of the buildings, wondering who (or what) made them. His steps were echoing on the cavern floor, increasing the intensity of his walk.

Sapphire moves to follow along the curious smaller pony. "I knew you would like it," they say, sounding distinctly pleased at their keen observation. "No one bothers me here, except four arms. Don't bother them."

*Cardinal follows along, not really checking out the architecture, more looking to make sure we aren't intruded upon*

Why don't you go ahead and give me a perception check, Cardinal?

Keen eyes and alert ears pick up the flicker of motion and the sound of stone on stone faint in the distance, caught between far buildings about half a block away. Details are impossible, only the vague impression of movement in the darkness.

*Cardinal moves closer to his companions*
"Just how much trouble would we be in if your brothers find us here?"
