I'm still looking through the PDF version, but you or someone on your team should see it for yourselves in case I miss something in my report.

Hello, excuse me? I've gotten an email from you guys, Silver Games LLC saying you're trying to refund me?? I don't understand, I want my book, that's why I paid for it!

The only reason I'd be trying to refund you at this late stage(was it a few weeks ago?) would be if your BackerKit was lacking a mailing address.

Well when I saw the refund thing I went back and looked for another email to explain why, and there's one about backerkit but the link doesn't work(and I did the open in another window too). But that should be irrelevant, since I've had my address up ever since I ordered it months ago.

Send me a PM with the email you used for this and I'll do some digging.

Got my hardback copy in today. I wasn't expecting it quite so soon. My only real gripes with it are that I thought the pages might've been printed on heavier paper stock and the printers didn't quite print the pages to scale (every page's outer borders are solid white), but overall I'm pleased with the end product.

Glad you're enjoying it, despite the little niggles that haunt our sleep to this day.

Just now got my hardback copy of the book. I'm sorry to say though that I'm rather disappointed with the result. :fsad: You know that "botched" version of the PDF I was complaining about and am currently looking over? That's exactly what my hard copy of the book looks like. :fcry: Help?

I'm still not sure what changed that you are disappointed with. You were going to post about it?

I was, but I decided it might be easier to just send it to you so you can see for yourself. I just sent you an email. If you still need me to point out what changed, please let me know and I'll go ahead and post my findings here.
