Backerkit confusion...

Postby Dragonflame » Wed Sep 04, 2013 9:29 am

Ok, so I made an account, and filled out the forms. I was too late to add any money to the kickstarter, so it says my pledge is $0. I also didn't add any "add-ons". So, what exactly am I getting? I originally wanted just the ebook copy of the new book. O_o And how can I go back and add an "add-on"? I changed my mind and want to buy an actually "book" copy of the new book, but It won't let me change anything in my order.

I think I can help here. At least on the add-ons. Unless things have changed recently with BackerKit, all you should have to do is click on the "Edit" button under the "Add-Ons" section of your account page. Then select anything you want to add and then submit it. You will not be billed until David closes out the accounts.

I looked, but there was no edit button there. All it said was:

Add-Ons
You do not have any pledge credit left.

You did not add any add-ons.

Hello there, can you send me a message with your backerkit email and what you were trying to add? We'll get this fixed!
