There's the rub, you have to have Pathfinder-based pony fans, who are also a fan of mythic. The niches keep piling up dangerously.

To answer your question more directly, we have better luck showing pony fans Ponyfinder, even if they never played Pathfinder before, than we do convincing standard Pathfinder players to give it a try.

Really? Now that's a surprise. Given that Pathfinder is one of the more rules-heavy RPGs out there, I'd have guessed that it was the other way around.

Getting bronies to try a roleplaying game isn't too hard, but many hardcore roleplayers of Pathfinder have a knee-jerk 'ew, ponies' response that is difficult to work around.

That's a shame. I gave a fellow in our group the Ponyfinder Campaign Setting for a holiday gift, mostly as a gag since he'd been a vocal hater of ponies. To my surprise, he was quite tickled, and revealed that he'd started watching the show a few months previous. Now we're talking about running a one-shot, and maybe even having some pony characters in the next long-term campaign.

Expand on Human and Elf lore, see what the Humans of Everglow are like, and what makes them tick.

Would be entirely necessary for running quests involving Polotics in the post-empire era.

Humanoids of Everglow, not an awful idea that.
